  6:30PM 8:00PM Neighborhood Nights with Urbana Parks   Neighborhood Nights are a summertime tradition in Urbana Parks featuring live music played by some of our local professionals along with free popcorn and lemonade and family activities right in your neighborhood. Look for the park closest to you, or join us at every concert. Discover a new park you’ve never visited and relax while we provide the entertainment.   2:00PM 9:00PM Three Ways to Get Here ay Indi Go Artist Co-Op   Indi Go Artist Co-Op is pleased to present “Three Ways to Get Here”, an exhibition featuring works by Phil Strang (paintings on glass), Cecil Bilbo (photography) and Sally Walsh (ceramics and watercolors). Please join us for the opening reception, June 28th (6-9 PM) with Dublin O’Neils supplying food and drinks. Music by John McMahon, and Bruiser and the Javalinas. A Red, white and blue reception will be held July 3rd (6-9 PM) with red, white and blue food and drinks. Music by Cody and the Gateway Drugs. Closing reception: July 6th (6-9 PM) with more food and drinks!

  7:00PM 11:00PM Rantoul's Annual Freedom Celebration   Come enjoy Rantoul's Annual Freedom Celebration. The night's activities include the Rockin' the Runway 5K that starts at 7:00 pm. There will also be food, inflatables, dance recital, and a Kid Zone full of fun games and activities for the kids! This year will also feature monster truck rides in the Raminator! There will be live music including the Cover 4 and Black N Blue Bands. The highlight of the event is some of the area's best fireworks being set off at dusk! Admission is $5 for ages 13 and up. Kids 12 and under are free.
